Fast and fresh Cinco de Mayo recipes!
By: Jodie Shield, RDN
After a long, stressful day there’s nothing better than having a homemade dinner awaiting you on the table. It’s extra special when dinner is prepared by your daughter – thanks Jenny! My husband and I were treated to a Mexican fiesta featuring fresh pico de gallo. It was amazing! In honor of Cinco de Mayo, here is Jenny’s pico de gallo recipe, which I’ve also added to my iTunes app Time To Eat Healthy.
