Be a winner and toast National Tennis Day with this refreshing cocktail!

Who knew? February 23rd is National Tennis Day, which just so happens to be my birthday. Must be destiny, as I love to play tennis. In honor of this all-around special day, I’m celebrating with a batch of festive neon-green cocktails. You can use regular sprite or seven-up, but I used diet to cut a few calories. Cheers to tennis fans! Play carefully and drink responsibly. Prep Time = 5 minutes
Cooking Time = 0 minutes
- 1 ounce Midori
- 2 ounces Absolute Citron vodka
- 2 ounces diet lemon lime soda
- Shake Midori and vodka together in cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour into highball glass with ice; add lemon lime soda.
