  1. Brown rice
  2. Whole grain tortillas
  3. Whole-wheat pasta
  4. Canned beans
  5. Canned tomatoes
  6. Canned tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  7. Frozen mixed vegetables
  8. Frozen chopped onions and bell peppers
  9. Shredded cheddar cheese
  10. Eggs
  11. Chicken tenders
  12. Lean ground beef or ground turkey breast
  13. Frozen cod fillets
  14. Olive Oil
  15. Fat-free milk
